I'm new too and I was told the basic are html and css, Python also can help you code a variety of things, if this helps let me know

Sheneal you need to define your goals ,there is nothing basic!, as html and css are used for making website ,styling it ,while other are programming languages used for coding ,python is used a server side web language implemented through frameworks such as django and flask
