Why I can't open my PHP file ?

I'm using WAMP, I've wrote the code but the file .PHP can't be opened.

How do you access the file? tell me the URL you use in the browser address bar to access the file.
Can you open other PHP file normally?
Was there any error message shown on screen?

Thank you it's resolved. I have forgotten to add http:// before localhost/...

How do you access the file? I mean what URL are you using in the browser.
Are the necessary services running? e.g. the web server.

There can be different answer to this question. But I suggest you to edit your thread and add more information to help others isolate the problem.

Yeah I've activeted WAMP (web server) main page and created the project
