Text on Img(Bootstrap)

Question

In a responsive design with Bootstrap to put a text on a photo (for example, a photo in the header section), is there any other way but to position that text?
Because when I use the positioning style, that text in other sizes causes confusion.

You may need to fine tune the elements/classes etc for each layout that you're using.
