After complete html What should start next SQL or CSS.?

I have completed html then I want do next topic either SQL or CSS . Please suggestion me Which one start frist.Which large use in html.

First you need to understand why we use CSS and SQL. Css is use to design a web page,just like html is use to build a page. SQL is use to make quries to a database which is an advance topic. So learn Css then javascript and probably after you are comfortable with them learn SQL. I hope it make sense.
