Someone help me understand how to engage in a challenge with someone.. Do we both have to be online so we can compete?

The challenges work like this:

Each of the challengers get 5 questions to solve within a limited amount of time, say, approx 15 seconds for each question. The question may be MCQ, subjective or to fill in the blanks.

The one who initiates the challenge will complete the questions first and wait until the other challenger comes online to accept the challenge. The one who has the highest count of correct answers wins. There is also an option to decline a challenge. If your opponent does not respond to the challenge invitation, the challenge will expire and neither side gains XP.

@Chepkoech Mercy for challenging other player click on the Play(2nd from left,thunder symbol) which is next to Learn.Then a blank screen would appear on which there would be plus (green) symbol.Click on it then it will display you JS,C++,Java,Python,C#.click on any one of these in which you feel you are better.After choosing your weapons from any one of the mentioned above you can either click on Random Opponent or select any one from your followers or the ones who you follow.After selecting any opponent and weapon then question answer round begins in which first you will be asked five questions one after another ,EACH WITH A SPECIFIC TIME LIMIT.(as you are challenging to your opponent ,first you will answer questions.As soon as you have completed your turn it would go as a challenge to your opponent (with the challengers name ).he/she can accept your challenge and play the five quetions that you have answered.Winner will be the player with max correct answers.Similarly vice versa if your opponent challenges you.
