How do I edit saved html file?

Maybe a silly question, but once I safe my HTML file, how do I reopen it to add more stuff into it?

Notepad++ is normal web developing tool easy to edit for html.
For php like language use net beans to edit

Open it as a text file using any text editor.
In pc "right click" >>open with Notepad
for Example.

open that saved file and start editing.
