How hard is it to build an app?

I just wanted to start and try building an app while stuck at home. Anyone know how hard it is or how long it will take for a complete beginner?

As a beginner before completing requirements such as programming course, IDE interface
If you start build app this would much harder for you

But once you get these.. I swear it is very sweet.

A bit harder, but if u know all the basics of that programming language wc u are using and ide interface, it will be simple
