PHP script intersect browser image request

Question

I'm trying to intersect image request with PHP script and return the image to the browser.
This how I want the image src url to look like
"www.mydomain.com/image/profilepics/filename/ [image size]".
I want the image controller to get the image and return it. I want the code.
