The short answer for this is yes it is! First of all you need to choose only 1 programming language at a time and stick with it. Learn the basic concepts first, then apply them, practice daily on sites like Sololearn, Hacker Rank, Code chef etc. Although you can learn a language completely but with time the features and syntax changes slightly. New features are added with newer versions. So you need to be updated with it. In a nutshell, if you stick to 1 language at a time, learn and practice daily, keep a track on new features that are added in newer versions, you can become a master in that language. Hope this helps and you start learning your new language. All the best!

Ok, you learn 100% of one language today and then tomorrow, a new version of that language releases. Then? Don't worry. You need not know a language fully.

Yes you can but don't forget There is always a new version and a new techniques Maybe you can learn whole language but you can't learn all techniques So focus on technique with learning language Because the language gives you the power but the techniques guide you how to use this power

This depends on you. What do you want to learn? If you only want to try programming, start with the web like html, css and js because it is somewhat simple in relation to the rest of the languages โ€‹it is nice but difficult

Yes,we can learn any language 100%. 1) First join the course in the best institute or join the course online. 2) Follow the step by step process provided by the lecturer. 3) Do not try to learn yourself at the beginning stage. Because you are not be able to get the correct path to learn the language. Because the technology is changing.

Learning A language 100% could be difficult due to it's versions with new features etc. Also there can be number of applications of a language so it's difficult to learn it's 100%..... Learn to access the needs of project Don't try to remember everything and learn everything ..

Be consistent and learn to build new project on your known language, it make you master on that language. But as we know their are lot of problem we can find on any language so it is very tough to have language 100% but regular practice can make you a perfect programmer.

Yes, you can but you must firstly concentrate on one programming language as a step and learn all the basics first and goes in depth to command on that which help you to learn further languages.
