Oh it's a windows file.
USB isn't recognized? Change the boot order to make the computer boot from the USB drive first rather than the HDD.

Were you trying to install Linux ?
First disable Secure Boot from the BIOS then try again.

P.S. You shouldn't have any problem with the USB drive even if it is > 4gb. Could you explain a bit more?

you don't have to copy the windows file to the USB, Rufus will copy it without any size limit issues.
once you have a bootable usb, go to your bios and disable secure boot. then boot from the USB.

are you trying to make a windows bootable usb?
the > 4GB is not an issue, since all files are less than that. the issue is when one single file > 4GB.
no sure what exactly are you trying to do.

Sorry long time reply got lectured
so anyway the windows file is a bit of problem because file > 4GB is compatible for NTFS rather that Fat32 and my friend says that the HDD is the problem and it needs to be removed that is not a problem but the problem is that After entering the UEFI usb it says Secure Boot Failed 2x times and then the bios started but the usb is not recognized any idea?

fun fact:
My HDD on partition C:\ is broken but not my D:\ partition
my laptop uses slim 2.5 inch
and adapter is a bit expensive
i cant do anything in BIOS and only 2 option:
Windows USB something...
UEFI USB
and both generate error

may be some system files are corrupted, or windows update installed some incompatible driver.
what are you trying to do now? reinstall windows or recover your data? have you made a bootable usb successfully?

Bootable USB: Successful
Recover data: Unsuccessful
Reinstall Windows: Ongoing
alternative:
Acer Center
other alternative:
Install Linux
Buy New HDD
last resort:
Make a new pc
