How to make our own Website using html and css?

I have completed HTML course and I'm about to complete CSS course. Now if i want to make my own website what should i do?? How to make it??

Start creating one ,I didn't even completed my html and css neither started anyone and on day one I created a website with random elements in it ,it isn't difficult just stop learning and start implementing ,

Only HTML and CSS it is like a News Paper.
that shows news(Text) in a decorated form on a paper(Web Page).
[ HTML + CSS ] = Static Web Page.

so my advice to learn "Java Script" that makes your Web Page Dynamic. and also learn Flutter.
