Can I used this app as Pc version?

I wanna use it as software. If someone know it , help me what should I do.

You can use the web version of SoloLearn by navigating to www.sololearn.com in your web browser. There is no desktop application, but as Sami mentioned, you can run the app on your PC via an emulator, such as Android Studio or BlueStacks.

well for now sololearn does not have a desktop application, it has the web version..
but u can use bluestack like software to run android application on the desktop
