Please provide me a roadmap to build a web app (shopping web app) using html+css+javascript+python

First learn html, then css, then js and try to make the UI.

When you've made your own UI for shopping site then you can start learning Python. You can take help from the python course available on SL or you can learn python from Code With Harry YT channel.
When you've completed your python course you can start learning backend with python.
Again from CodeWithHarry.

Then you can create your own fully functional shopping site.
Also Harry has created a series of videos about how to build a shopping site with python😊
