Is bootstrap really necessary for a web designer?

Question

i want to be a web page designer but time is important for me and i need to earn the abilities to
design web pages as soon as possible
I think in the way of learning , bootstrap is not really necessary bu im not sure
Please help which way is better ?
Way 1:html ->css->javascript->jquery->bootstrap->
Php->wordpress
Way2:html ->css->javascript->jquery->
Php->wordpress(learning bootstrap in the future when i have more free time)

It depends on you. Pick the one that you will enjoy doing. Because in the long run, you will appreciate the one you enjoy doing better. So choose wisely.

Bootstrap is not necessary, I would advise you to learn Tailwind css framework instead.

Sorry to say but bootstrap especially with react is very important. Otherwise, it would make your code messy and take a long time for you to code.

For front-end, I suggest learning these in order:
Html,css,js, bootstrap, react.
