I can't edit my profile

Question

Whenever I press "Save" after pressing "Edit Profile", an error occurs.

"Error.
An error occurred while processing your request."

It doesn't matter whether I change my name, email, profile picture, password or nothing, the error always occurs.

may be your phone is lagging with cache or virus. download the true sololearn app from it's official website. I know similar app like sololearn it contain virus

I checked by editing my profile and it worked (edited) from app
try Clearing your Cache and see if it works?
WARNING: I mean Cache not Data

I thought so, its not working
