Some java tutorials

Hello. I'm done with more advanced courses, but I really want more. I'm going to go step higher and start with creating dedicated servers and use them in my projects (maybe I'll help my mates with online school ;) ). Can someone provide me a nice video tutorial about it, cuz everytime I type "How to create dedicated server in java", then I got lots of content like: " How to create a minecraft server" and I cant find anything :( . Anyway thanks for every answer ;)
