After completing JS and JQuery which programming language should I learn to become a full stack developer

You have already learnt some front end so why don't you learn server side programming and in that case you can start learning node.js.

React is kind of a alternative to Angular that's gaining popularity. It's actually used to easily update the document and the logic at the same time, and it's object-oriented.

Obviously HTML and CSS are not programming languages, but it's good to have some knowledge in those. Once you do, I suggest checking out Node.js and React. Node.js is more of a backend library, so I'm suggesting React as a link between frontend and backend.

Why not learn both?
You need MongoDB, ExpressJS, Angular and Node to be a full MEAN-Stack developer.

U should go to angular js as node js can be made alternative to the flask or else
