If looking for pure web development things than php and javascript would be better choices as with so many things like angular, react, node javascript it makes more sense to use these languages for web development.

You can also give an hands to C# framework like dot net (.Net) which is good for website development as well as C# is very good language to make desktop application which give you more benifitial in learning one language.

In python Django framework is generally prefer in website development but choosing that, need some prior knowledge to python syntax if you have that than you cab use that else go for php which is better and easier to choose for web development and laravel and symfony, codignator which make php on upper hand to use in web develo
