What language do most hackers use?

In general, if you wanted to learn how to create a website and then hack it to find any vulnerabilities what computer language would you use?

Javascript, SQL, server language (Java, php, etc). Try to find any vulnerabilities for SQL or JS injections.

You need to know and understand what programming language that commonly used to build a website, normally it is PHP, Python, Java, JavaScript, and SQL. That was the requirement to search the vulnerability. Then,if you want to make tools/exploits for hacking, usually the make it with Python, C, or shell programming.

I want to create a website for my dad's garage so probably js injections but I'm not really sure which language I would need to look for. I just want to make sure everyone's email and stuff for it is secure

you can create website with any language but it is hackable at all langugages .
