I want to see what jobs put on you when you got that job for coding

I want to see tests they put on you before you start that job so that I can start my goal to get up there

For me it was a small brief - "write a c# application that displays a data table (example was given) using webapi and JavaScript". I thought this was a good test as it left the implementation open. I ended up writing a full stack app (SQL, EF, C#, MVC, webAPI js/jquery/datatables) that showed the data and allowed some simple crud operations, which got me the job, despite the company using different languages in their stack. In hindsight I think they hired me as they could see I had a good knowledge of how to go "end-to-end" with apps - knowledge of the actual languages could (and did) come later. Hope this helps
