Is learning JavaScript , CSS and Python enough for me to become a good web developer or do I need more skills and knowledge.

you should know at least one database. but other than this yes you are pretty much ready. you can even drop python since you can use js for front and back both

You can drop python and just try to learn how to some other frame work like bootstrap, jquery, and many more. but i see you add css to your question without html, if you for backend you can drop both html and css but if you are for full stack you need em both.

Try to learn some HTML which can be useful in creating websites and then you are probably good
