Can any one tell which program is best for creating a game(am new to here)

Cuz I know python very well, I think python will be easier for a beginner to make games(using pygame, which has to be installed, it's not a standard module of python)
But there's one disadvantage of python, it's a slow language, so if you want to make big games then you will have to take help of c#(unity) or maybe java/c/c++.... Unity is known for games only and it uses c#....
