C# learning standards for Unity

Do I need to master the language of C# in order to create a simple Game in Unity(exclusive for the scripts only) ?

Absolutely. I'd even go as far and say you need to have intermediate knowledge of C# before jumping to unity. Unity is nothing more than a library consisting of C# code
