I have 2 html files (1.html and 2.html) which are in differnt folders and i want to link both of them with their css files too

Question

basically i want to open 2.html file by creating a link on 1.html file(link should also be able to get access over the images which are in 2.htmlfile)
help me to get the code to do this work

You can navigate to all kind of files using dots and slashes .././../file.ext
