How do you create a website

Hey guys I just wanted to know if websites where coded or you use an app like WordPress and I also wanted to know if when you code your blog page how do you insert it into the website.i know it is a stupid question but please I am knew to this stuff so please help me

learn python, then learn django or flask, after this learn html with css and JS.
With these apps, you can create your own backend and fronted with your rules. Check for example djangogirls.org

Thanks, but I just finished the html course and it didn't explain in anyway how to create a website or an app only blog pages
