Freezing Microsoft excel rows

Question

I know we can select the 3rd row and go to view-> freeze panes -> freeze panes option to lock the excel sheet till 2nd row.

But my doubt is, when i FILTER out the column my 2nd row dissappears and only first row is showing.

So, How to lock(freeze) the excel sheet while filtering out columns?
