Time to make a Website

I want to know how much time it takes for a single professional web developer to make a website because I am currently learning laravel and working on a small project of my own to practice and it takes too much time for me to handle database operations in laravel, therefore I think if it takes too much time in real job so how to improve my performance in coding and on overall project work
