Get table column names with iterrows

Question

I am in a fix on how to get this done. I querry data from SQL, I want to use the data to make a pdf in reportlab. The pdf comes without the column names. How can I make the pdf have the column names.

This is what I want...
SUBJ A A- B+ B B- C+ C C- D+ D D- E X Z TOTAL MEAN GRD
