How do you have a rectangle in CSS not filled with a color?
I am making a loading animation and I need help with making the bar not filled.

The rectangle background was removed. I added a border to demostrate that the rectangle is still there.
Please as suggested before by me and Abhay, you should give more description to your question in order to get better feedback.
