Your question is a little bit too unspecific. Don't you care in which area you're gonna work? For web projects you need quite different technologies than in most other industries. In finance others than in e.g. chemical industry and so on... Of course it mainly depends on the companies, if they hire to train or not. You can train hard as preparation (check other online courses too). Join some relevant groups on Xing etc.

use Microsoft access its good for start practices

As in Spain some certification like Oracle if it is relational databases. For websites mostly knowing mysql is pretty easy
