Can I make a android app like Sololearn ? By using of java and kotlin .

I want to make a app like SoloLearn by using java , kotlin and etc. If you have a satisfying ans reply otherwise Don't give any feedback or fool suggestions.

If you want a single user version of the app that runs completely on the Android, it could be done. But, you would have to include the supported languages in your app. It is not likely one person could create it in under a few years. If you decide you wish to expand to multiple users with server support, that would add many more years to the task.
