im learning web designing besides i want to learn some basic python, will be that okay for learning these both at a time ?

omg no! you'd cause the apocalypse! :O to be serious: why would it not be okay? are you okay with learning both at a time? I suggest you just try it and if you feel it's too much, take a break from one of both and come back to it later.

Learning in parallel may cause confusion or distraction especially at primary levels. If you are just a beginner in both, I recommend learning one by one. On the other hand, learning multiple things will make synergy. If you already have some skills, learning different topics might enhance your ability.

I don't think you should have much of a problem learning html and python together, they are quite different. If it were java, c# etc alongside python then you could easily forget syntax jumping from one to the other(or so I found doing javascript alongside python. Also if you get stuck at a bit in python, switch to html, make some progress then return to python with a clear head
