I need a C# friend

Question

I need a C# friend whom I could ask some questions because I am starting to learn C# and have nobody to talk to.
Maybe we could add one another on skype or something.

So. I tried to do a simple (as it seems) problem, the Quadratic equation.
I have a problem with getting the input from user for variables a, b and c.
I have a Console.Writeline("Enter var: ") for these 3 variables and a var = Console.Read() for each of them.
But when I enter the value for the first variable (which is a) in console, it displays all the Console.WriteLine and it doesn't get the values for b and c, neither it calculates the result for the discriminant,
I don't know if I explained well what I struggle with, english not being my native language. Maybe I should post the code?
I really hope I'll get some help. :)

luka , thank you. It almost works. One more question. I posted the code I written in my profile.
But at the end of the program, for some reason, other than solutions, it also displays the text for the third case (discriminant <0).
Could you go over the code?
