I have done SQL course but they are not giving me the certificate, when I tap on the certificate the ask me to complete it

But I've done it..I have completed the full course answered each and every question. Then why they are showing that I should complete..I'm new to this app, anyone experienced please help me!

I visited your profile. You have completed your SQL fundamentals course and you also have received certificate from sololearn. I am able to see your certificate. There might be network connection problem. Wait for sometime until it loads.................. And Congratulations for completing SQL fundamental course....
