what happen make a website without CSS?

if you don't use CSS your website will look dumb it will not a look attractive coz using CSS makes your webpage look more beautiful. no problem if you'll make your website only with HTML but it will just look like ok a black and white television in front of a Sony Bravia LED HD television. CSS will just beautify your website

If you would make a website without using CSS, It's completely fine. But it wouldn't look nice. If you want to design your page, make your page look nice nothing is better than CSS. Neither HTML nor javascript can take place of CSS. Because nothing is more effective in designing than CSS
