How to learn ML?

Question

I want to learn machine learning, I'm pretty much familiar with python and now want to move over to Machine Learning. Will learning from sololearn be sufficient? Can you suggest some good resources.

according to me sololearn courses will only give you a base but it's not enough for your machine learning
