responsive web design is automatic when you creating a html page.
the only screwed thing up is when you set fixed width or height to the element.

just try to make one paragraph <p>....</p> inside your body tag,
with a lot of text in it, say 1000 words. and if you open it in various screen width the text is responsive to the width of your screen.
