How install an IDE for HTML,CSS, JAVASCRIPT in PC

I find it difficult to install vstudio and make use of it
I don't know how to compile those three together for execution

Go after some YouTube tutorial to download the VS Code.
The browser is what runs the code.

Try vs code. Vs code is code editor not IDE but light weight also cross platform. Also comes with various language support with plug-ins. (Or) Sublime text.

Html+css+js are executed by browser no compiler are required.
