Stuck on C++ question

int b = 33;
if (a>12, this is the part I’m stuck on, b<=) { cout << “You rock!” << endl; }

int a=144;
int b=33;
if(a>12 && b<=33)
{
cout<<"you rock!";
}

Use && for both conditions true , use || for one of the conditions to be true..
