The best way is to practice a lot, create codes
with each lesson and to understand css better, you need basic knowledge of html

You should learn CSS Course with practically and nicely .Then any problem occur you can ask me & anybody
For learning CSS , you should clear about words that used in css code which more important .
Then you should practice daily that you learn in CSS .
