Here's what I tried:

def sublists(arr):
sub = [[]]
for i in range(len(arr) + 1):
for j in range(i + 1, len(arr) + 1):
s = arr[i:j]
sub.append(s)
return sub

a = [1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 6, 7, 8]
n = 5
a.remove(n)
new_list = a
s = sublists(new_list)
new_s = []
for i in range(len(s)):
if sum(s[i]) == 5:
new_s.append(s[i])
else:
continue
print(new_s)
