My inbox messages are always failed now. Why?

I like to use the inbox messages to discuss with other students in SoloLearn, but now, 30 seconds after I send a message, all my messages to this player are failing. Is a bug in SoloLearn client? How to fix it?

Update the latest version of sololearn and I think everything will be fixed. For me it's fixed after the update

Inbox means Direct Message? I think that's a bug in new version. Many complaints.. Hoping SoloLearn is working at this.. Or may already fixed with new version.. Try update also.. Only some are facing, not all. But am not sure...
