Still can't know what to do

I finished some programming tutorials, C++ and Rust, some Javascript (i hate it), when i watched some app building tutorials i understood nothing, I figured out that i may want to learn basics like data structure, algorithms, and networking (because i wanna be a web developer) and knowing the programming language doesnt seem to be enough as i dont understand what they are building. So if someone can guide me and tell me what courses should i take that will help me understand and be able to build apps, i will be grateful. I also can use linux. But i have no idea about anything else. Thank you !

Misa just google search these stuff to know more about them(these are just data structures and networking terms ). I said that it would be quite frustrating at the beginning. When I tried this method, it took to whole 2 days just to create a nav bar on a static web page because I was having no knowledge about it. But it is only a one time investment thing. Now I can easily do that.

A lot of things in web development will come with experience. Instead of taking courses of the same I would recommend building projects (you can even use tutorials for that purpose) and learn anything that you don't understand. In this way you would be able to focus more on things/concepts that are more usefull than others. It would be quite frustrating at first but you will eventually become good at it and will end up not only with knowledge but also some projects to boost your portfolio.

Uh, that's bad, you should take a course in that! But you can although already start building an app from the scratch which works offline (what's much more user friendly).

Sandra Meyer no actually, i know HTML and CSS for around mmm 4 years i guess and i used to build static web pages but this is useless, Im just confused about the back end and real programming languages, And oh yea, i have no idea about what is a fron end in desktop apps, it is called GUI as far as i know but i never used it, Its just about when i feel like i need to learn networking and http but i dont know actually

You can of course build a pure web app. But maybe a native GUI for app would be an option for you? Network is an aspect you'll need, but you can start with an offline app.
