C++ and blueprint in UE4

I want use UE4 (Unreal Engine 4) and i don't know if i can use blueprint more than C++ can Anybody tell me,,,and if i can make move and attack and anything like (if this do this ) plzz tell me

it would be much better to code everything in cpp because its much faster than blueprints ( 10x faster ), but you dont need to code everything in cpp, most of the horror games today are using blueprints.
