The satisfaction when the code compiles without errors. Also, fun and most important, the reward known as knowledge of how things work.

When I complete a program, correctly, without any problems, I am super excited. It's completely rewarding, because it shows that my practice is paying off. Eventually, I want to master c++ before moving on to other languages. I really want to be able to create huge projects on one language before learning the next.

When i can compress my source code no more. That means my code possibly short and light and quick. I'm happy when i can say i can't improve it anymore without changing a language. When i can code with only one temp variable and univwrsal check conditions completed by simple instructions " do,do,...,do,finish". If i made my self clear :)
