How to make the result, sentance per sentance will added +tos

I want to make ：
If i input text in inputtext then i press enter/click the button will be showed in divbox/output text will added +tos per sentance.
Input Text : "Hallo guys welcome back to sololearn"
Output Text : "Hallotos guystos welcometos backtos totos sololearntos
Like Google Translate but this is only added +tos per sentance.
Please help me :(.
