Which programming language, i should learn for web development or which language is best and beneficial java or python?i have knowledge about c and c++ both.

Mehwish just get a free hosting and install wordpress its free

And start building ur website with drag and drop

There are also free themes available you just have to tweak them

Also you dont even need HTML, CSS, PHP knowledge its like a Beginner can build a full fledged website.

If you dont wanna go for free plan and wanna invest some money you can just switch to Shopify which has 14 day trial but its easier then wordpress.

For web development : learn html, css, js with addition to MERN OR MEAN STACK (MongoDB, Node, Express, and React/Angular). Python's Django / Flask is also great option. Happy coding.
