For those who are making professional websites. What are you using?

there are various programming languages which used for different purposes but the most essential and common programming languages you have to learn are (html,css,javascript,bootstrab,jquery,json,php,mysql)
this collection is the most popular collection among all the websites approximately and there are some platforms and plugins you need to be in familiar with them to be able to more creative and professional websites the list contain (react.js or node.js , php laravel , vue.js ..... and so on )
the last thing you need to be in familiar with it so that being tn the top level of web developing and design track is to learn MVC(which means Model ,view,control )
