google webmasters Fetch failed

while i was making my free website tharsh.epizy.com
after doing everything at the time of uploading sitemap it showed me fetch failed i tought it is jzt a err and telling me to wait i waited to 1 month but it shows exact that why please explain

and also I changed my sitemap many times but it tells the same

Better to see the webmaster documentation. Some free hosing sites has privileges.
