Creating a programming language with pals?

Question

I know this isn't much of a question but an inquiry. I've been wanting to write my own Programming language but don't want to go it alone, is there anyone who'd like to work with me to do so? I want to work in straight C, no C++. The idea is to be as low level as possible for it so that it is as fast as we can get it.
